Pasta and mince

You need:

1 x 1 kg packet of spaghetti (any brand of your choice)

half a packet of mince meat

1 x white onion (finely diced)

1 x ginger (finely diced)

1 x garlic (finely diced)

1 x carrot (finely diced)

tomato paste

Preparation

fill pot with water add a quarter cup oil and a teaspoon of salt bring, let it boil then add the spaghetti let it cook for 15 minutes then rinse the pasta and let it drain for some time.

In a pan add a quarter a cup of oil add onions, garlic and ginger let it cook for 5 minutes add the mince, let it cook for 10 minutes add some salt and some chicken spice (any of your choice) ,add half a cup of water let it cook for 5 minuets. Add tomato past decrease heat and let it cook at low heat, after 6 minutes it is ready to eat.
